As part of a team project at St. Lawrence College, we partnered directly with Downtown Kingston BIA to redesign their mobile app with a user-centered approach.

The Downtown Kingston App was developed to enhance engagement between visitors, residents, students, and local businesses by streamlining event discovery, delivering real-time updates, and promoting small and independent shops.

Our goal was to address gaps in navigation and awareness through an iterative, research-driven process grounded in user behaviors and challenges. I worked with Jeremiah Pilapil, Danilo Emmanuel Marquez, and Kashish Rana, serving as the Lead UI Designer responsible for all high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, which were tested with users and showcased to the client during the UX Showcase.
